De Villers v. County of San Diego. Attorneys from the Law Offices of Michael A. Gardiner (“LoMAG”) attorneys negotiated a walk-away settlement in the wrongful death civil lawsuit arising out of the so-called “American Beauty Murder.”  In the subsequent verdict following the jury trial, all of the other defendants were held liable.  The jury awarded $6,000,000 in actual damages and $100 million in punitive damages.
